5. Repercussions

Emrys: "What's up with Mittens?"
Victoria: "I don't know; he just came hareing in here - something seems to have spooked him."




Emrys: "Wasn't he with Myrddin?"
Victoria: "Now you come to mention it, I did see him with him earlier - but why would he run away from Myrddin?"
Emrys: "I don't know; all animals love our brother and I've never seen one scared of him! I wonder what-"



Emrys: "AH!!"
Victoria: "Emrys!! What's wrong?"



Emrys: *groan* "I- I don't know... something's wrong... Myr...."
Victoria: "Help! Someone, please help!!"



Eric: "We came as fast as we could - what's wrong?"
Victoria: "Something's terribly wrong! Our brother is in danger!"
Kai: "Then why is Emrys the one on the floor...?"



Victoria: "They're twins; they can each feel the other's pain when something is wrong."
Kai: "Emrys? Are you OK?"
Emrys: "Myrddin is in terrible danger!"



Emrys: "Vicky, I could feel it; someone - or something - attacked Myr; I can feel it even now!"
Victoria: "But what could harm him here?"



Emrys: "A vampire, I'm sure of it. I could feel the very life being drained from him. I can feel him still - so terribly weak...."
Victoria: "Oh Emrys!"


Kai: "A... vampire?"



Kai: "Do you think...?"
Eric: "It's been weeks. There's been no sign of them. It couldn't be.... could it?"



Kai: "But... what if it is-"
Eric: "Perseus wouldn't do something like this. He's not like other vampires. He doesn't hunt - and he would never attack an unarmed innocent like Myrddin."



Kai: "You know him far better than I. But something doesn't feel right here, even to you - I can see it in your eyes."
Eric: "No other vampire could pass the magical wards around the house; Lady Galhaia and Taliesin would never allow it. But if Perseus has truly returned... then where is Satin? And why would he do something like this? It's just not like him, Kai, really it isn't!"



Eric: "I'm going to go check Perseus' room."
Kai: "And if he's there? What then?"
Eric: "Get some answers. Because this isn't the Perseus I thought I knew."
Kai: "Then you do think he did this?"
Eric: "Right now... I don't know what to think."
